yum! how is the raw eating going? do you pre-soak the oat groats? i've never even heard of chia seeds. so fun!

Let's see...
Green smoothies are really easy and pack in great nutrition (can also freeze them in the popcicle molds).
For some amazing lemon poppy seed muffins go to http://www.elanaspantry.com/lemon-poppy-seed-muffins/ they are made with coconut flour, are gluten free and loaded with protein and fiber (but not sugar!) they whip up real quick!

As I am trying to stick to an all raw diet, I love this "oatmeal" (as my daughter calls it); chia seeds, oat groats, sunflower seeds, goji berries, dried cranberries and currants, hemp seeds, etc I like to mix in some fresh fruit, like diced strawberries, and honey. Just mix with whatever liquid you like, water, milk, juice and let sit 5-10 minutes for the chia seeds to gel. so easy, hearty, and so good for you!

Oooh! I need that cookbook, if you ever put it together. Or maybe a magic machine that would prepare it all. That might be better ;-)
