oh here we are. it is such an emotional time of year. i feel so much for all of you and want you to know what you already know...that we are all connected, that we are all loved, that everything (all the tears, the mess, the joys, the disappointments, the sorrow, the delight) EVERYTHING is beautiful. we are LIFE.
may we find a moment, and perhaps more, where we feel into whatever IS for each of us and allow it all to BE. may we let the ordinary be enough, even today.
with great great love,
kris

merry christmas to you and your family, kris. "may we let the ordinary be enough, even today." a beautiful reminder of life and how it should be. not a picture perfect holiday greeting, but real, like the joy of children on christmas morning and equally like the meltdown of an overtired three year old who wants just one more candy cane before bed. :-) oh my. love your little reminders and reflections, and how much you care to share. have a warm, beautiful, messy, amazing, ordinary rest of your holiday!

thank you. this was helpful for me to read. just like a little prayer. in fact, it made me want to plan on having little prayer or meditation moments in future holiday seasons. it's so helpful to be righted, amidst all the tilting. most grateful for your posts and presence this deep winter time, kris.
