It's nothing you did or didn't do. It's unavoidable and sucky.
Hope you all feel better soon.
ps: we love oregano oil when sick. It just cleared up a lurking strep infection. Needs to be way diluted for kiddos.

kris laroche

oh joanna, thank you so much. i think were doing ok. well brave a trip to gfs today i think. love to all of you.

Joanna

sucky, sucky, sucky. it's so hard when the kids are sick, but when you are sick on top of it? it's unbearable. Those are the times when some local extended family would come in handy. let me know if you need anything, I'll be out a little today and could drop off something if need be. Feel better.

Martha

sounds very intense. why is it so easy to question, doubt, edge towards depression and all the self-scrutiny it invites, with winter and sickness? it's amazing, and weird, to me, how different the psyche is when so down, interior, internalized. i hope you all are feeling better soon - maybe already. i'm a big drinker of hot teas with ginger, lemon, honey galore.

kris laroche

oy what i would do for some chicken soup from gamma hinda right now....and just your company too. we all love you so much. if i had the cash id fly you here today!!!

linda

Wish I could be there to help cook and clean while you recuperate. Chicken soup is still the best......Love you guys

Oh, Kris-that sounds awful! I have no helpful tips, but I'll be thinking of you guys and sending healing vibes.

stacey

oh honey i am so sorry to hear that. I too was down for the count and racked my brain for what to do and mostly who to blame. I know it seems like everyone is giving you their rememdies so here's one more, Green Defense the tincture from Meadowsweet Herbs. I hope you all get some sleep tonight. much love, stacey

Keely

Warm water: tea, tub, netty, soup; all these help run the river of healing along its way.
