I can't tell you all how wonderful a week of coaching with Kris was. She is adept at getting to the root of the matter, but allowing you to come to it on your own. She was able to empathize with me in my situation and yet still make suggestions on how to expand my comfort zone; how to trust my instincts, but question the root of my discomfort.
There are no hard and fast rules to parenting (at least not for the type of parent I'm interested in being). Every child is unique and every situation requires your own viewpoint. Kris was able to help me step back and get perspective -- to see what was the right approach for me, and for our family. I highly recommend her.
