Me too. AND...my sister just went to see Kim John Payne speak on discipline. I have read and talked about his book Simplicity Parenting and now he has a new book coming out exclusively on discipline. My discussion with my sister and some of the recent things Ive been experiencing with the kids has resonated in a big way and my parenting is changing quite substantially. If you can read more about his stuff, you might find it interesting. I would sure love him to come to Missoula to speak. He sounds wonderful, full of humor and love and also very clear about the role of parents in shaping young children with a very strong emphasis on directing them and guiding their behaviour (without praise or punishment). This seems so in line with Chris work as well. So interesting!
